About JotJam
Ideas don't wait. JotJam is for the minute you have one: open a page and start, on a phone, a tablet or a computer.
Three tools
Sketch pad — pencil, pen, marker and eraser, with stylus pressure. For loose drawings and thinking with your hands.
Design — lines, walls, circles and dimensions that snap into place, exact sizes, and a library of plan, elevation, section and axonometric symbols.
Jam — piano, guitar and drums in the browser, a metronome, and a record button for the riff in your head.
How it works
Making things is free and needs no account. When something is worth keeping, sign in and save it — saving uses a few credits, and you get free credits every day you sign in. Saved work is there on any device you sign in on, and you can download it as PNG, SVG, MIDI or WAV. Designs can also go out as a scale PDF or a DXF for a few credits.
Who's behind it
JotJam is an independent project, built for architecture and design students, designers, and anyone who sketches or plays music for fun. It's still young — tell us what's missing.
