Terms of Service
Last updated October 20, 2026
By using JotJam (getjotjam.com) you agree to these terms. They're written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us.
Who provides JotJam
JotJam is run by TaoChen, an independent developer, who is responsible for your data (the “controller” under the GDPR). You can reach them at [email protected].
The service
JotJam lets you sketch, draw designs and play music in your browser, and save what you make to your account. We may add, change or remove features. We're a young service and work hard to keep it up and your work safe, but we can't promise it will always be available.
Your account
You need an account to save. Keep it to yourself and don't create accounts to collect extra free credits. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Credits
Saving uses credits; the price of each save is shown on the Save button. Free daily credits expire at the end of the day (UTC). Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for money. We may change prices and daily amounts; changes don't affect saves you've already made.
Your work
What you make is yours. You let us store, process and show it back to you only so we can run JotJam. Don't save anything illegal or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
The symbol library
You can use JotJam's architecture symbols in your own drawings and projects, personal or commercial. Don't resell or redistribute the symbol library itself as a collection.
Fair use
Don't try to break, overload or get around the service, scrape it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
No guarantees
JotJam is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for lost work. Download anything you can't afford to lose.
Ending
You can stop using JotJam at any time. To have your account deleted, write to [email protected]. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell signed-in users on the site. Using JotJam after that means you accept the new terms.
